Welcome to the Cozy Breeze Bungalow. Only 775 sq ft but cozy & comfortable for a couple or small family visiting the Coast. Just blocks to the beach-restaurants-park-quaint downtown-in the center of everything the Coast has to offer. Yet plenty of outdoor space to enjoy all the seasons of the "Coast Life" in a quiet, private stand alone "Mother-in-law" space that shares a half-acre lot with our large Coastal Breeze Cottage. *NO PETS OR ANY ANIMAL ALLOWED!!! The space Separate living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room (with 1 inch set down/up, kitchen (but open counter connection to living room). Private patio with fence or screen. Large side yard shared with guests from larger home on grounds. Is a stand alone small "mother-in-law" type Bungalow not connected to main home and with a private entry, etc. Guest access Most any room, closet, etc. in the home (might be a locked or restricted cabinet in home that is used by house cleaners that will be off limits to guests. Other things to note Close, tight, established neighborhood. Two houses sit on property (both licensed vacation homes) large lot that is fenced on three sides. Should be ample parking for guests but over flow parking must park legally on street no grass of property.
