The private coastline offers easy water access on idyllic, calm Mussel Cove. Kayaks and stand-up paddle boards are available for your use. (Water access is tide-dependent. We have a very large tide in southern Maine, and water sports access is available only at and surrounding the high tides, which occur twice a day.) The heated pool (SUMMER ONLY) was just renovated. New lounge chairs and Adirondacks are provided. 8-person hot tub available year-round. The pool/hot tub area also has a Solo Stove fire pit. Enjoy a cookout with gorgeous water views. The outdoor dining table seats 8. There is a gas grill, as well as an Argentine wood-burning parrilla. Play croquet and cornhole on the expansive lawn. HOUSE The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is newly furnished. With 5 bedrooms plus a bonus semi-private sleeping area, 5.5 bathrooms, and around 5,500 square feet of living space on three levels, it sleeps up to 12 (guests 11 and 12 are an additional fee). There are air conditioners in all bedrooms and the main living area. 5 bedrooms plus one sleeping area Principal suite: Upper level, king bed, en suite full bath. King suite: Main floor, en suite 3/4 bath with shower. Queen bedroom: Main floor, private 3/4 bath with shower but accessed from guest hall. Queen bedroom: Upper level, shares full bath with full bedroom. Full bedroom: Upper level, shares full bath with queen bedroom. Sleeping area: Lower level, 2 twin beds, private 3/4 bath with shower. (Additional charges apply for more than 10 guests.) There are two separate offices, one on the main level and one on the upper level. The rest of the home provides beautiful common spaces to enjoy together. The luxury kitchen is fully outfitted and features an island with seating for 8, as well as a large butler pantry with a wine refrigerator. It is open to the dining area and two living areas, all together forming a light-filled great room with water views. Upstairs is a large family and media room with a comfy sectional and an 85-inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, HBO, Apple TV+, Hulu, Disney+, and Paramount+ accounts (note: NO CABLE). It includes a well-stocked games closet and a large table for games, again with a water view. There are two other large TVs in the house (one in a guest room, one in the basement), and all are equipped with the same streaming services as above. The basement features a full-sized wet bar complete with a drink refrigerator, as well as a living area, and opens to the pool and hot tub area. (Twin sleeping area also located here.)
