There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean that overlooks the hillsides of Torbay. The space This fully furnished and equipped two-story house is located in the historic Town of Torbay. It is approximately 15 minutes from the capital city, St. John’s, and from the Health Sciences Complex, Downtown St. John’s, Signal Hill, and Memorial University. The property is located off the main road and is on a quiet residential street (although visitors/locals often visit the beach area next to the house). There are 2 bedrooms with ocean views. There is one full bathroom upstairs (bathtub/shower) with another half bathroom on the main level. Amenities include the following: new Queen-sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, TV in the living room as well as the bedrooms - there is cable TV in the living room only, however, streaming devices can be used in the bedrooms; dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker; Full-sized washer and dryer on the second floor. Absolutely no smokers/vaping (in or on the property) and no pets. I’m only interested in renting to individuals who are quiet, tidy, responsible, and respectful of the house and its contents, as well as the neighborhood in which the house is situated.
