Home is located close to eastfork state park, on a St Rt only 30min to Cincinnati come stay with us The space Check out our guidebook for eating and attractions Max of 10 people in home Thank you ! 🔴 Important Notes: ✔️The neighbors do have a rooster next door that will crow when the sun comes up (looking into getting a privacy fence put up to help with his morning crow) ✔️Primary Renter Must Be 25+ - Rental Agreement & photo ID required within 24 hours of booking. ✔️Wildlife Warning: keep all trash closed with lids on ✔️Starter Supplies Provided: Includes starter toilet paper ,dish soap, & kitchen basics. Guests should bring Tupperware, & extra supplies if needed. •✔️Security Cameras: Cameras monitor the driveway & front sidewalk for safety. No cameras inside and cameras monitor the back driveway and stairs . ✔️No refunds for weather, natural disasters, or power outages/wifi issues due electricity outages - travel insurance is recommended. ✔️Max 10 guests - no exceptions. Overcapacity results in immediate cancellation without refund. Guest access Entire home other than the garage and three maintenance/housekeeping closets , If 4 or less guest the 4th bedroom will be closed and if 2 or less guest the 3rd and 4th bedroom will be closed .Message with any questions Other things to note Fourth Bedroom is located in Basement if you have 4 or less guest this room will not be included in the stay there is also a couch that makes a bed in the gaming area with Air hockey table. Bedrooms 1-3 are on first level 2 or less guest room 3 Paris room will not be available for use room 1-3 are on main level of home . Does Have steps to get up to back deck . Parking enough for 5 cars maximum and 10 guest maximum. Also recommended turning around in back of the house not backing up on road as it is a state route since it is located on a state route makes easy access to everything in the area .
