Quiet vacation, country house and pool

The Domaine de Bel Air is ideal for recharging your batteries between the countryside and the sea, with friends and family. A large 5000 m2 orchard to play and relax. You can also privatize the estate for 16 people by booking the Boyard gîte which is adjoining. The 2 cottages were completely renovated and equipped in 2022. The pool area and the large garden are shared between the two cottages. No pets, no parties. July and August check-in and checkout on Saturdays or Sundays. The space The 154 m2 Cordouan cottage is a comfortable furnished house equipped for 10 people. Composed of a large 45 m2 living room that's very bright with access to the orchard and views of the pool, the cottage is tastefully furnished, in a country spirit by the sea. The living room is an open space with a modern kitchen with central island, a dining area with a large table and a cozy TV lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. TASSIMO coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available. You will discover a large 17 m2 entrance that leads to the living room, the sleeping area upstairs, a second TV lounge for children (5th bedroom if needed), a toilet and a shower room/laundry room. The cottage is equipped with 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets, 2 of which are independent for the tranquility and comfort of everyone. The charm of the upstairs bedrooms will seduce you. Each room is tastefully decorated with many different styles (romantic, zen, sea, chic). Two bedrooms are master suites (private shower room and toilet). In the bedrooms, all bedding is new and of quality, bed linen and towels are provided. Bath towels for the pool and beach are optional, on request, at the rate of €10/person. For little ones, a baby bed or high chair are also available, upon prior request, for rent at the rate of €10/stay. The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi, and internet TV. Board games, toys, books for adults and children are also available. A DVD/Blu-ray player and many DVDs are available in the small living room. the cottage has a private garden area with pergola and tables for outdoor dining. The large garden behind is ideal for playing and relaxing but be careful the area is not closed on the street and parking side, children must be supervised. cleaning fees are optional at the rate of 220 euros, to be requested at the time of booking. If not requested, a deposit check of the same amount will be required upon arrival. Check-ins in July and August are scheduled between 5pm and 9pm and checkouts are before 10am. If the calendar allows, check-ins can be anticipated from 11am for €80 and checkout delayed until 5pm for €80. For weekend rentals, schedules are more flexible and departures are until 6pm. Guest access Entire private accommodation, an outdoor pergola area and table is private but not enclosed, for lunch without overlooking the neighboring cottage. A very large garden and pool area is shared with the other vacationers in the area. Other things to note the minimum stay is 2 nights, except 3 nights on major holidays and Christmas holidays and 7 nights in July August.
