Welcome to La Casa Verde! Have fun and relax with the whole family at this newly renovated home on a peaceful cove close to open water on beautiful Cedar Creek Lake. The family friendly layout includes an open concept kitchen/dining/living area perfect for bringing everyone together. Enjoy the 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a large covered deck w/ outdoor dining and a gas fire pit overlooking the lake, plus 3 kayaks and decks over the water for fishing, sun bathing or just hanging out. The space This private home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and en suite bathrooms, making it perfect for extended families or more than one couple...no fighting over who gets the Master bedroom! For the kids, there is a large bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds that can sleep up to 6. This room comes stocked with lots of books, puzzles and games for both kids and teens. The forth bedroom provides for some flexibility since it is set up with 2 XL Twin beds that can be made up as a King bed if desired. The home is equipped with high speed WiFi - 200 Mbps. Going out to dinner is fun, but sometimes you just want a nice home cooked meal. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook one meal or 20, including dinnerware for both kids and adults, glasses for every kind of beverage and plenty of high quality cookware. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening (or anytime!) cocktail or glass of wine on the spacious fully covered back deck overlooking the water, where it's always happy hour. There is a gas grill for all those steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, and anything else you would like to throw on. The outdoor dining table seats 6-8, and both a ceiling fan and a propane patio heater to make outdoor dining comfortable almost anytime (there is also seating for 10 inside the house). The gas fire pit is perfect for making s'mores without all the effort and mess of building a wood fire. There are 2 additional uncovered decks over the water, and plenty of chairs that can be used there as needed. The use of 2 kayaks is included and a very fun way to explore the large cove. There is also great fishing right off the deck! There are corn hole boards and a volleyball net that can be put up in the backyard if desired. If you plan to bring a boat, please check to make sure the water is deep enough before bringing your boat into the slip.
