Surrounded by the green mixed forest, hiking trails unfold right by the house, inviting you to dream and relax. The completely newly renovated bungalow (completed in 2020) offers the ideal basis for our wellness package. With about 120 sqm, it has an ideal size for couples in love who are looking for luxury and relaxation. The small but nice hallway leads directly to the open kitchen. Which is equipped with high-quality appliances, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, high-performance blender, toaster, bread slicer and a medium fridge with a small freezer compartment. The dining table has enough space to sit comfortably together. Spices, oils and coffee are available for cooking free of charge. From the kitchen you can directly look at the cozy and spacious living area. The living room is put in a romantic mood in the evening hours by the electric fireplace. The 32-inch TV with satellite connection and Fire TV (with its own Amazon Prime access) provides variety. The bedroom impresses with a 180 cm box spring bed, which invites you to dream. But cozy cuddling and watching TV from bed is also possible. The balcony door leads directly onto a spacious exit. The centerpiece of the bathroom is the walk-in shower at ground level, where we like to provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel. The mirror heater provides cozy warmth and the perfect look. Towels and linens are also included. The spacious terrace can be reached through the living room. There, our guests can expect the bio sauna and the hot tub/immersion pool (limited winter operation in case of permanent frost above -10 degrees) for their own use. (at extra cost) Various seating areas and a barbecue area are also available here. Guest access Access is via a private driveway. The spacious garden and outdoor area are available for exclusive use. From the parking facility, you have to walk down about 10 steps down to the bungalow. In bad weather conditions (heavy rain/snow), a parking space is available 60 m from the house. Other things to note Please let us know when booking if you are interested in the different packages. 1) Wellness package: Bathrobe, sauna fragrances, menthol crystals (only bookable for the entire period), min. 2 days €10 per day, from the 3rd day €5 per day (for 2 people) 2) Bio sauna (electric, can be used independently of the seasons) and hot tub fired with wood (heating time varies according to outside temperature, limited winter operation with permanent frost above -10 degrees for the hot tub, regular heating required): only bookable for the entire period Temporary price increase due to increased energy prices: First 2 days €75, from the 3rd day €30 each Weekly discount on request (from 7 days) 3) Food package (filled refrigerator): €50 (on request) Please indicate the approximate time at least 1 day prior to arrival.
