VILLA VICKY - Traditional villa in Evia

Traditional Villa Vicky is a two floor 180 m² house at the garden including a large swimming pool 5X10 m². On the ground floor there two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a dining room with a TV and a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and one terrace. Upstairs there are one double bed bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, a large living/dining room and a large terrace. Private parking area is available. All the facilities and the entire area are dedicated for use of our quests. The space The stone-built villa includes two levels. The ground floor includes a living room with dining table and an open kitchen with big refrigerator and freezer, oven, kitchen appliances, coffee machines and dishwasher. Also there are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and fireplace and one with a semi double bed. A bathroom with shower is dedicated for this floor. A central heating system autonomous serves the ground floor during the winder time. Also from the back kitchen door you have access to the garden and a large ground floor veranda with dining table for the summer time. The first floor is accessible from inside and outside by stairs. That includes a large living with dining table and fireplace. The living has access from the one side to small balcony face to the village and from the other side to a lage veranda with dining table and couch faces the pool and the garden garden. There is a bathroom with shower for the quests and also an autonomous central heating system for this floor. Other things to note The microclimate and the dense vegetation in the area as well as the 60 cm stone walls create a very pleasant and cool environment inside the house. After all, the Aegean sea breeze, which is usually intense every day, offers even the hottest days a pleasant stay without the need for air conditioning. The villa is located in the Municipality of Kymi-Aliveri in Evia near the beaches of Murteri, Agios Merkourios, Korasida, Thapsa, Stomio, Platana, Kalamos, Agioi Apostoloi and others in the central Aegean, 16 km from the port for Skyros and other Greek islands.
