The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The spacious family room with lots of sitting area has a 50" tv with Youtube TV provided. The cozy livingroom with a new gas fireplace, additional tv (dvd), and comfortable reading area with an in house library. WiFi is available. In the center of the house is the fully stocked kitchen. It opens into dining area, living room, and family room. The house is in a excellent location, blocks from the center of town with a delicious bakery, espresso/ gift shop, ice cream/wine/treat shop, and restaurants Pacific Cafe and McMenamins. The beach trail head is just two blocks east. Other nearby activities are tennis, basketball, and golf. Enjoy the extra large (unfenced), landscaped back yard in the comfort of adirondack chairs, an outdoor table, gas grill, and fire pit. Double garage useful for parking, storing bikes and other gear. Plenty of extra space for parking in driveway. Gearhart is a charming, small quaint beach town located on the north Oregon coast. Nearby are the historic town of Astoria, busy towns of Seaside and Cannon Beach, and quiet town of Manzanita. Maximum nightly occupancy is six guests and up to three children two and under (older children count as max occupancy). Pets are considered on a case to case basis. Please let owner know prior to stay for approval. If approved, pets may not be left unattended in the house unless in a crate / kennel. Max 2 pets. There is a $65 pet fee.
