The space The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and elegant location to visit Rome. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds , kitchen, living room, a full bathroom, a spacious terrace furnished with table and chairs and a private car box in the building basement (198 cm height, 240 cm wide, 5,5 m depth). The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, oven, laundry machine and dishwashing machine. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Upon check-in the guest will be requested to sign a lease agreement. For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 120 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM. Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
