Cabin on Shimmering Pond

This rustic 2-bedroom cabin is conveniently located on large private pond just outside the city limits of Mt. Vernon with shopping, dining, brewery and entertainment. We are pet friendly, dogs only ($50 per stay, max 2 dogs) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay. Other things to note A breakdown of your actual cost: What we charge as your host: Nightly rate $150 (weekday) $175 (weekend) or $145 (weekday) $170 (weekend) Cleaning Fee: $75 Pet Fee (if applicable): $50 County Tax: 3% of your nightly rate What Airbnb charges: 15.5% added to all charges except the County Tax (this full amount is paid back to Airbnb as their service fee charges) We do have an outside/exterior security camera located at the front door as you enter the property. This is the only camera on the property, there are NO cameras anywhere within the interior of the cabin. This camera is used to protect the property from potential vandalism, theft, or break-ins. You must be 21 years of age to reserve a booking.
