Built in 2005 by local Mennonites, this 2-bed, 2-bath home offers peace, quiet, and starry skies just 1.5 miles from HWY 111. Relax on the screened porch or elevated deck, surrounded by lush forest. Enjoy modern comforts with rustic charm, including deluxe linens, coffee, spices, paper goods, and more. Smart TV, outdoor grill, board games, and rocking chairs complete your stay. Max guests: 6. Guest access Guest have access to the entire apartment. No smoking is allowed. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests. Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval. Other things to note Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay. Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-In: 3 PM Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly. Parties and Smoking Policy: Strictly no parties and no smoking.
