The home is arranged over two levels. Ground floor The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, modern bathroom and access to the private balcony. The balcony opens to wide views of Lake Maggiore, the Borromean Islands and the surrounding mountains — ideal for breakfast, sunset drinks or simply relaxing in silence. Upper level The upper floor features a comfortable double bedroom with exposed wooden beams and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Comfort & convenience Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, equipped kitchen, professional cleaning and dedicated private parking are included. A small outdoor garden area completes the stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including the private balcony, small outdoor garden area and dedicated private parking space. Self check-in is available via key locker, allowing a smooth and flexible arrival after check-in time. The home is fully private and reserved only for you during your stay. Other things to note Italian law requires us to collect a copy of each guest’s ID/passport before or at check-in and submit the required information to the local authorities. Thank you for your cooperation. A tourist tax of €1.00 per night per guest is required by the Municipality of Stresa. Children under 6 are exempt. If not already paid through Airbnb, it will be collected separately. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
