Peninsula View House is a well designed home boasting panoramic azure views from the main living area and magnificent entertaining deck where family and friends can wine and dine in style whilst admiring the glorious views over vineyards and native Australian flora. Neighbouring The Cups Estate winery, Peninsula Hot Springs and with 7 of Australia’s Top 50 golf courses within 10mins, this is a superb location for experiencing everything the Mornington Peninsula is famous for. Spanning two levels of luxurious living, Peninsula View House allows you to immerse yourself in a beautiful location where coastal living perfectly collides with Australian charm. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway to soak up the sun or chill out amongst the rolling hills of vineyards in the exquisite Mornington Peninsula hinterland sipping on the region’s finest wine, there is something for everyone. The main level accommodates the massive entertainment deck, large living area with the gas log fireplace, open plan dining and kitchen area and WIP. WIP including the laundry. There is also the main bedroom with ensuite and two other large bedrooms located on the main level. The open plan gourmet kitchen has all your cooking essentials and will have you cooking up a storm like Curtis Stone or Jamie Oliver. With a large WIP there is plenty of space to store your food. Don’t forget to pick up an award-winning bottle of Pinot Noir for which the Mornington Peninsula region is famous, or perhaps a bottle of Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio – two of the newer varietals in the region. The lower level consists of another living area, lower deck and two other bedrooms. Bathrooms and toilets are located on both levels of the home. Amidst native Australian landscapes of Moonah trees, enjoy your morning coffee on one of the three deck areas or soak up the warm morning rays of sun on a walk around the hills - the choice is yours. At Peninsula View House, there's plenty of space for everyone to escape and find their little piece of paradise in the home, both inside and out. This lovely home offers: The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. Guest access This home sleeps 8 guests across 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed (2 guests) - Main level Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed (2 guests) - Main level Bedroom 3: 1x Queen Bed (2 guests) - Main level Bedroom 4: 1x Queen Bed (2 guests) - Downstairs Bedroom 5: 2x Single Beds (2 guests) - Downstairs What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged. PARKING For your convenience, the home offers parking in the driveway, making it easy to come and go during your stay. For your convenience, secure parking is available in the home's garage, providing peace of mind and easy access throughout your stay. You cannot park on the grass or on the street. Parking is only available in the garage and driveway. The property can accommodate 4 cars onsite, and no parking on the street at all. As such, there is parking for a maximum of 4 cars onsite - 2 x in the garage and 2 x in the driveway. Parking is limited to 4 cars. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any additional vehicles. Guests can operate the garage door using the internal button. Please note that no remote is provided.
