Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Queen bed, 43" Roku TV. Dresser and closet for storage. Additional towel hooks are available in bedroom. Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Queen bed and twin bed, 43" Roku TV. Dresser and closet for storage. Additional towel hooks are available in bedroom. Bedroom 4: Upstairs. Queen bed, 43" Roku TV. Dresser and closet for storage. Additional towel hooks are available in bedroom. All Roku TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Second full bathroom with stand up shower is upstairs. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towelettes are available in both bathrooms along with hair dryers. All bedrooms include additional towel hooks as bathrooms have limited space for drying towels. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are stocked. Dining area has a large table that will accommodate 8 with chairs and 10 with barstools. A patio door leads to a large deck with table and chairs for outdoor eating. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee & tea bar! A Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter pack of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia. Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked. An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Downtown Appleton is only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute leisurely walk from the house. Uber and Lyft services are available. The driveway has space for 2 cars to be parked; please do not block the sidewalk while parking as police will issue a ticket. Some parking may be available on the street. The garage is not available for use by guests. NOTE: overnight parking on the street in the winter is not permitted per city ordinance. Other things to note Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors, many of which have lived in the neighborhood for decades. We are the only Airbnb on our block. There is only one long term rental on the block, which is located across the street from the house. The home was built in 1900 so the stairway from the main floor to the second floor is steeper than homes built in the last 30 years. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
