Find yourself at home in this cozy tiny house! The space A tiny home experience! This tiny house has hosted many travelers, my friends and family over the years. It’s my honor to now extend this invitation to anyone interested in our relaxing getaway space. We strive to keep it in an immaculate state so that everyone that stays has a quality experience! This is the perfect place for a business traveler, or someone who needs a cool space to relax, sleep and unwind. This is a 450 sq ft tiny home, but guests are surprised at how spacious this feels when walking in! BEDROOM: Get a good night’s rest in this intimate space. This house has a comfy queen size bed with soft linens and blackout curtains. KITCHEN: A well-appointed kitchen awaits, complete with all the necessary equipment, making it ideal for effortlessly crafting your favorite dishes and treats. It includes: a sink, FULL size refrigerator, brand new Keurig coffee maker, FULL size stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, all utensils, pots, pans, cups and plates. AIR CONDITIONING: We have a great working air conditioner located in the bedroom and cools the whole house. The house is always fresh in the summer. HEATING: For heating, we have 2 infrared heaters that keep the whole house warm during the winter days. (We can provide another infrared heater upon request) AMENITIES: Generous quantities of linens, comforters, blankets and soft high-quality towels. FORGOT SOMETHING? NO WORRIES, WE HAVE YOU COVERED! Generous Quantities of Linens, Comforters, Blankets, Towels, Individually Wrapped Razors, Shaving Cream, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, Soap, Makeup Remover, Toothbrushes, Feminine Products, Laundry Detergent, Softening Sheets and we also provide a Hair Dryer, Curling Iron, and Hair Straightener. All these amenities are for you to use during your stay here. ENTERTAINMENT: There is a 55” TV with Netflix and Hulu Included. Frontier Internet access. We also have a variety of board games for a memorable time! LOCATION: This property is located in town. It has a descent size front and back yard. LAUNDRY ROOM: We have full size Samsung washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergents, softening sheets etc. PARKING: The House has a detached garage that is NOT included in the listing since it is being used as storage. Parking is available on the property! NO NEED TO PARK ON THE STREET! SIGNS: We have polite signs & instructions posted. Please note that these reminders/signs are not intended to offend you. CLEANING: Our house is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. SECURITY CAMERAS This house is in a good neighborhood. We have very nice friendly neighbors. We do have security cameras all around the property for your peace of mind. (1 in front of the house, 1 in the side of the house and 1 in the parking area) Please do NOT adjust, remove, cover or unplug the security cameras (This is a house rule) ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION: Please make sure you have selected the appropriate amount of guests staying in the airbnb with your reservation. (This includes kids and babies). Any additional guests that have NOT been pre-approved prior to your booking will result on a $20/per guest per night violation fee. SMOKING: NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the house. You will be charged $250 fee if you break this house rule. There is a cigarette butt receptacle located outside for you to use. PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate any pets. You will be charge $120 fee per pet and asked to leave the location WITHOUT any refund. GARBAGE: If you are here for a longer stay, please place your garbage in the trash can that is located outside of the house. Trash is scheduled for pick up every Tuesday morning. Garbage must be in the trash can by 8am so waste management can pick up. PLEASE READ ALL OUR HOUSE RULES: We also have the strict house rules posted at the entrance of the house and additional house rules are located in our welcome book. BREAKING ANY HOUSE RULE MAY LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Guest access Guests can access the home with a private entrance and key box. In consideration of the Covid-19 crisis worldwide, we are ensuring that all the common-touching points are sanitized during the space’s cleaning process. Our standard check-in and out processes remain, with a key box programmed with a code that we will provide you prior to your arrival. This ensures that you will not have to be in physical contact with anyone for your check-in and out process!
