Suite appart place Versepuy: apartment located on the 1st floor of a small house in the city center, close to the market (Wednesday / Saturday morning), it consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a convertible PoltroneSofa sofa. It is accessible by about twenty steps and the house does not have an elevator. This fully-equipped apartment is a good starting point for exploring Chantilly on foot. The space The apartment is located in the city center in a two-storey townhouse. At the end of the street is the lawn and the famous Chantilly racecourse. The apartment is located right in the center near the market and the restaurants are our neighbors. A selection of restaurants will be offered in the welcome booklet. The apartment has been refurbished and is on the 1st floor without a lift. Entrance to the apartment is via a staircase and then a large living room. A child gate is installed at the top of the stairs for added safety. The kitchen is fully equipped: -dishwasher, -oven, - kettle, - microwave, -Nespresso machine (capsules provided). You have a living room equipped with a smart TV (TV connected to Internet) with the subscription Netflix, Prime Video, Molotov TV (French channels). The bedroom has new, high-end bedding (Emma mattress): In the master bedroom, you will have a King Size bed (180x200) or 2 beds 90 x 200. Please let us know which bed configuration you want. Otherwise, the king-size bed will be prepared. *** For a reservation for D-Day, it will not be possible to have 2 single beds. *** Two other people can sleep on the new Poltrone Sofa convertible sofa (140 x 200) *** for reservations from 2 p.m. for an arrival the same day, it will not be possible to have the sofa prepared. *** A barrier for children is installed at the top of the stairs. We also provide you with towels. Guest access The entrance is independent thanks to a lock connected to the door of the house and that of the apartment. I send you the codes on the day of your arrival. Check Airbnb messaging as well as your text messages. Other things to note ✩✯✩ I take little cleaning costs but we ask some help: by putting all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and starting it before leaving please (tablets are provided under the sink). Please do not leave wet towels on the bed but put them on the floor in the bathroom. ✦For information, check-in is from 4 p.m. Earlier check-in is possible for €10/hour (subject to availability), please contact us. ✦ Check-out is at 10am. Late check-outl is possible for €10/hour (subject to availability), please contact us. ✩✯✩Here are some rules regarding the establishment: ✦ Pets are welcome but please don't let them get on the bed and do anything they wouldn't be allowed to do in your home (please update the occupants of the apartment so that your pet appears in addition to the travelers). ✦ For security reasons and for everyone's respect, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (bedroom and stairs).
