Also, Having more guests than on the reservation may involve the risk of eviction without a refund. You are renting directly from the owner; do not go to the front lobby, as they have no information on your rental. Each condo comes with basic start-up supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels; they are not replenished during your stay; if you need extras, Walmart is less than 2 minutes away. (I am saying this because I have guests text me at 12:00 am wanting extra tissue) Please understand that this is a condominium, and I try my best to be available, but these are some of the basic things that need to be kept in mind.  Check out: The following must be done before you leave the condo: All trash must be removed from the condo. The refrigerator and freezer must be emptied completely before you leave. Take all food out of the cabinets either with you or throw it away.   All dirty dishes need to be put in the dishwasher, which should be started before you leave. All dirty towels need to be put in the hallway bathtub. The bedding needs to be kept on the beds.  If you strip the bedding, please leave each sheet set in a pile on each bed it comes off of.
