The house is located in the heart of Yachats, just a few steps away from the beach. The 804 Trail that leads to the beach is less than a minute's walk from the house - see the photographs that we have posted for the beach access. Once on the beautiful sandy beach you can explore the tide pools, hunt for agates, enjoy the majesty of the waves breaking on the shore, or just relax beside the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Come and experience 'Sea Breeze', a beautiful 1200-square-foot site-built single story home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room, fully appointed kitchen, and laundry facilities. A pine sunroom greets you as you walk in the door. A great room to relax and enjoy the sun or sit for quiet contemplation. Sea Breeze has been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything you will need for a great seaside vacation. Note: We have beds to sleep 4 people, however the City allows us a maximum overnight occupancy of 6. So if you have kids that don't mind sleeping on the couch or sleeping bags, they are welcome to join you. The bedrooms are large enough to allow for an air mattress if you would like to bring one. You will have access to the entire house. I will send you the arrival instructions approximately 1 week prior to your arrival. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood - really all of Yachats is quiet! It's a great place if you like to walk along the bluff of the ocean or into town. All of the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Still everyone here has a car to get around. We have a flatscreen TV and DVD player. No cable or Satellite - Roku only for the TV.
