This 100-year-old home has been totally upgraded and painted while retaining its historic personality, down to the original hardwood floors and cast-iron kitchen sink. Cook your meals in a charming kitchen with vintage tile flooring, relax in the living room filled with beautiful windows letting in tons of sunlight, or sit on the front porch and watch the neighborhood go by. The wifi is fast and reliable, clocking in at just over 100 Mbps. You'll have access to the whole main floor of the home, which includes a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a twin-sized fold-out bed. The property also has a basement guest unit, which is accessed by a separate back entrance. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the basement. I don't live on site, but I do live about 10 minutes away and will be available as needed during your stay. Located just a few blocks from Interstate 80, you're also steps away from downtown Laramie in a historic neighborhood. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Because this is an old house, noise will travel to the basement unit. Please be considerate of other guests, especially during quiet hours from 10 p.m.-7 a.m. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and not suitable for loud gatherings. If everyone in your group is not able to respect quiet hours from 10 p.m.-7 a.m., please consider different accommodations.
