Northside Park, less than a mile away, features walking trails, tennis courts, and a playground, and you won’t want to miss the Sundae in the Park events on Sundays during the summer. Inside the condo, you’ll find an open, sunny space. The updated kitchen features all the appliances and counter space the chef needs to whip up favorite recipes, and the group can dine together at the table for four or grab a barstool to keep it casual. Watch a movie with the Blu-Ray player at the end of the night, or use the free WiFi to check on your social media pages. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well. With amazing Ocean City memories waiting to be made, the only thing left to do is book. THINGS TO KNOW This condo is on the third floor with an elevator available. A double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day until October, closing on discretion of property manager. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
