TPA: 25 mins Other things to note We have a STRICT no SMOKING and PET policy. If smoke smell is detected inside of the home or you are caught smoking inside you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. If pets are found to be in the house you will be asked to check out immediately. All stays include complementary coffee, tea, water, and a few snacks to start off your stay.
