CA'N VIDORRA - 'The Life of Riley' A newly renovated luxury Finca situated in beautiful surrounds and just 6 mins walk from the town square of Soller. Farmhouse set in a gorgeous orchard, a large garden and pool with various terraces. Guests are greeted by magnificent mountain views and in a very tranquil location, the prefect place to take time out and spend time with friends and family. We have been renting the house for a number of years; we are now looking forward to welcoming Airbnb guests. The space The renovation has been sympathetic to the original features of the property but with the latest modern bathrooms, kitchen and technology included. The furnishings are stylish and eclectic with lovely pretty bedlinen and decorative touches. Lots of sun and light fill the house, giving it a special atmosphere of tranquillity . The house is built in typical Mallorquin style, to keep cool during the hot summer, but with a new and effective air con system. Lovely wood burner for chillier evenings and full central heating. Strong fibre optic WiFi throughout. The gardens, terraces and pool area are very spacious with well-tended lawns, Mediterranean plants and palm trees. Table tennis under the enormous avocado tree and private parking for 4 cars behind an electric gate, making the whole space secure. A hedge and gate separate the pool from the lawns to help protect the little ones. Lovely Summer kitchen terrace for dining and barbecues, all with stunning mountain views. The Palm Terrace is a special place for sundowners, watching the mountains change to a vivid pink as the sun sets. There are 4 king size bedrooms in the property, two of which have an ensuite. One of these bedrooms can be made into a Twin bed option if preferred. There is also a Sofa bed which sleeps 2, this is situated on the Mezzanine level (up 5 steps), making it ideal for anyone who may prefer not to use the main stairs. This space is shared with one of the bedrooms and therefore this area sleeps 4 and a cot can also be put in this room, making it ideal for a family with children.
