Cozy 50 sqm apartment with a large terrace, ideal for up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (not accessible to guests with disabilities) in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The location allows for easy walking to St. Peter's and is well connected to the main attractions in central Rome. The apartment comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a large terrace furnished with a gazebo, table, and chairs. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed for two people (1.40m x 1.90m), small table with four chairs and coat hanger; - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, oven and kitchenware; - BEDROOM with double bed (1.60m x 1.90m), armchair, chest of drawers and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower box, bidet, sink and toilet; - TERRACE with outdoor furniture (dining table, chairs, bench and gazebo). OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom), independent heating, TV, iron and ironing board, soundproof windows, hair dryer, drying rack. OTHER INFORMATION: unassigned parking is available in the internal courtyard of the building, but parking is not always guaranteed. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Other things to note 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website ofalloggiotiweb.poliziadistato Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival. NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
