The space We are thrilled to open our home in beautiful Lake Almanor's peninsula country club. Our home is within the gated community that offers extra amenities and access to beaches, boat launches, golf courses and more. We are located across the street from the golf course and within walking distance to the park, beaches, club bar and restaurant. In our home you will find a large living room with comfortable seating, tv and pool table suitable for entertaining and family get togethers. Newly added STARLINK internet provides streaming on multiple TVs or allows you to get some work done while relaxing by the pond. We also have a second living room with seating, 2nd TV, bathroom and woodstove. While in the kitchen you will find a nice open cooking area with a large island, microwave, two sinks, double ovens, gas stove top, large dining table and full set of cookware and dining sets. The master bedroom comes with California king bed, TV, full bathroom, 2 walk in closets along with a peak of the golf course and lake from the windows. 2nd room is also equipped with a California king while the 3rd room offers two full beds. Air mattress available on request. While stepping out back you will see a nice waterfall pond with table and chairs for outdoor dining with privacy and unique scenery. We have done our best to provide a luxury stay while maintaining a mountain feel. We believe our house will make you feel at home. Guest access Guests have access to entire home with exception of privately locked storage room. Guests will have complete access to all cooking and dishware along with access to washer and dryer and cleaning supplies if needed. Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Other things to note House rules Check in after: 4:00 PM – Guests will be given a unique code that will begin working at 4pm on check in date and terminate upon checkout time. Check out before: 11:00 AM Children allowed but ABSOLUTELY no unsupervised children outside at any time due to easily accessible pond in backyard. NO PETS. No exceptions due to LACC rules. (We are sorry, but Lake Almanor Country Club does not allow animals from renters. This is their policy, not ours!) No bachelor/bachelorette parties or events allowed. NO SMOKING anywhere on our property! Max guests: 10 (sleeps up to 10)Day guests need to be preapproved by the owners(special circumstances can be requested) Minimum age of primary renter: 30 Also note: No loud noise/music after 10pm. ***(PLEASE NOTE) Lake Almanor country Club Charges an additional $150 fee for renters paid at the gate per stay. This is a separate charge that goes directly to the club, not homeowners*** If you wish to bring a boat the club charges $100 Watercraft Fee per motorized watercraft, if applicable. Payable directly to the Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC) prior to stay. (ALL OTHER LAKE ACCESS IS FREE) No unsupervised Children outside due to pond. No pets allowed per LACC. Absolutely NO smoking in or around our property. House is equipped with handicap stair lift on stairs for handicap owner. No use or tampering of this device allowed unless previously requested for elderly family member. ON CHECK OUT (we want to ensure our cleaner has enough time to make all our guests stay clean and ready) -Wash dirty dishes and run dishwasher (ok to leave clean dishes in washer) -Remove food from fridge And that is it!
