There are 2 sleeper sofas in the main living room as well. • All bedding and towels are provided • Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals which includes basic cookware, flatware, dishes & glassware. • Full Hookup to water, sewer, electric • Free Wifi and Cable TV • AC & Furnace • Full Bathroom. (RV Park also has Communal Bathrooms w/additional showers if needed.) • Standard Coffee Maker w/filters (bring your own coffee grounds) • Fire pit, picnic table & gas grill (propane provided for grill, firewood for sale at park) • Slide outs to ensure ample space and additional comfort • On site coin operated laundry room (bring your own detergent) Requirements to Rent: • Park quiet hours of 9pm-8am is enforced • No smoking, no bikes inside • Not required, but we kindly ask you to remove shoes while in the rental, particularly in carpeted areas • No more than two licensed vehicles of any type are permitted per site. • Extra parking for vehicles and trailers is available but not guaranteed. Please reach out to us to arrange prior to arrival. PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly rental. You are allowed up to 2 nice, quiet, and house-trained pets. We expect that you pick up after your pet immediately each time. The use of “pee pads” in the rental unit are not allowed. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees for excessive messes left by your pet.
