Flip Flops on the Hilltop is a 3,200sqft coastal retreat with sweeping ocean views. The house is located just 1.5 miles from Georgetown and is only a 12-14 minute drive from the Exuma airport (GGT). Our home is part of the Hideaways Beach Club on Palm Bay. The guest amenities at Hideaways include a pool, club room, workout room, and water toys (kayaks and paddle boards). Splash Restaurant is also on site and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner most of the year. Splash Restaurant is also on site and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner most of the year. Lastly, once your booking is confirmed, you will be notified via this platform and via email. We also provide a copy of our Welcome Book which will be very helpful for planning tours, beach visits, renting a car and/or a boat, and checking out the list of restaurants for dining out. First Floor: There are 3 bedrooms and full bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds; the third bedroom has custom made dual bunkbeds with XL Twin Mattresses. The family area is large with a comfy sectional couch. The laundry room is available for use with a full-size Washer and Dryer. There is also a bar, card table, Foosball, board games, and a large screen TV. Second Floor: Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite full bath. A half-bath is also on the second floor. There is a TV in this bedroom. The large chef-inspired kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Plus there is a dining table and cozy sitting area with views of Elizabeth Harbor. In the morning, have some coffee on the screened in balcony and watch the sunrise and glistening ocean waters. The sundeck is also accessible from the second floor. Other things to note Hideaways is a private owner-run, full-service beach club. Very family oriented. Amenities include a private pool, club room, workout room, and various beach toys (kayaks and paddle boards). Splash Restaurant is also located on the grounds and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner most of the year. No loud parties are permitted. Security is on site. At dusk, the front porch string lights will turn on and stay on until dawn. Please do not alter the timer switch.
