Huge kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, & many small appliances. Large second-story screened-in balcony with couch and dining table. There is also a sundeck with gas grill and a welcoming front patio with Adirondack rocking chairs and garden views. This is your "home away from home" for a memorable "Bahamazing" vacation. The space Spacious 2-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large kitchen, sitting area, family room, sundeck, screened-in second floor balcony, and a welcoming front porch. Flip Flops on the Hilltop offers beautiful ocean views, large Smart TVs in the family room and primary bedroom (plus basic cable service), a first floor bar area with game table, laundry room with full-size washer & dryer; huge kitchen with every utensil and appliance needed, plus board games for those lazy afternoons and evenings. The house is large enough to comfortable entertain up to 10 people. Your comfort is controlled with individual AC units in all bedrooms, plus the main floors. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans with adjustable lighting. The second floor has a spacious screened-in patio with a couch and dining table. There is also a sundeck with lounge chairs, gas grill, and enough space to play cornhole on the custom-made boards. The house is a simple 2-3 minute walk to Palm Bay Beach, Splash Restaurant, and the amenities at Hideaways Beach Club. Kayaks and Paddle Boards are available down at the beach. And we also provide our guests with beach towels, a wagon, and ice chests. Jolly Hall is another nearby beach, just a short walk from Palm Bay beach and one of the fan favorites of Exuma visitors. Primary room is upstairs with ensuite bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, the middle room having 2 custom-made bunk beds (XL twin beds). Plus there is a large kitchen, sitting area, TV area, bar, sundeck, and laundry room. Other things to note Hideaways is a private owner-run, full-service beach club. Very family oriented. Amenities include a private pool, club room, workout room, and various beach toys (kayaks and paddle boards). Splash Restaurant is also located on the grounds. No loud parties are permitted. Security is on site.
