Riverfront A-Frame /Hot Tub/Fire Pit/Fast WiFi

Enjoy the beautiful country scenery on the drive down to this A-frame cabin. The adventure begins as you get near, you approach a small bridge that crosses the river, followed by a few minutes of gravel road. ✔ Hot Tub! ✔ Riverfront/easy access! ✔ Hammock! ✔ Large Deck with River View! ✔ Shed Game Room! ✔ Steady FAST WiFi/Work Remotely! ✔ 2 TVs with Netflix and YouTube TV for live cable TV ✔ Fully stocked kitchen (but no dishwasher) The space As you come in you will see one bedroom to the left with 1 king bed on main floor and bathroom to the right. You enter an open space area with cathedral ceiling where you'll see a fully equipped kitchen a large sectional/living room area and dining area. Large windows allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the river. Upstairs you will find 1 queen bed. Large Deck outside is great for cook-outs, while the large yard is great for pets and kids. Guest access - Self check-in with Keypad - 3 vehicles max. - Park on gravel only. Please keep vehicles off grass area. Thank you Other things to note - There is a low lying bridge you have to cross to get to the neighborhood. Snow should not impact crossing, as people live there full time, but the rare heavy flood would present a problem. We try to keep an eye on water levels and give notice if it might become impassable coming or going, but occasionally a flash flood surprises us. By accepting your reservation, you accept to use hot tub at your own risk. Please follow posted rules on the deck. Use phone GPS for directions. Use main roads I-81 to Route 11 to Zion Church Rd. Sandals or water shoes are recommended when going in the river. It is hard to walk without it. Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed, please include in your reservation when booking for pet fee to be included. No Pets Allowed on furniture. Pet must be on tick/flea prevention medication. Caution with children due to stairs, sharp knives/kitchen appliances and no crib available but we provide a pack and play. Enjoy the river at your own risk. Children/pets should not be left unattended. We spray the house regularly for bugs, however, there are certain seasonal bugs common in the area. Please do not leave windows or doors open, specially at night. Thank you!
