Cute central 2br condo, fireplace, sun porch!

Location, Location! This condo is nestled in a quiet neighborhood walking distance away from bars, restaurants, and attractions. It is just a short drive to downtown and Midtown Omaha as well. The second floor unit features a gas fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a sunny enclosed patio (unheated). There is ample street parking but an off street space is also included with the booking. Responsible pet owners are welcome but a pet fee does apply! Some stairs required. The space This condo is located up one flight of stairs to the second floor of the building. There are six units total with secured entry into the building. There is a lovely enclosed patio which looks out over the historic neighborhood. There are hardwood floors throughout along with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit. The two bedrooms feature one queen and one full size bed. There is a provided pack and play. It is a short walk to all the attractions of the bustling Blackstone district. The Midtown and downtown neighborhoods are within a 5 minute drive and the renowned Henry Doorly Zoo is within 10 minutes. UNMC and many other medical centers within a 5 minute drive! Video walkthrough of the unit available upon request. Guest access This is a 6 unit condo building. The outside entry is secured and you’ll have private access to the entirety of unit 3. It is located on the second floor so one set of stairs is required. Other things to note If you are traveling with your pet please remember to include them in the booking! Pet fee applies. Sound travels easily in this old building so please take that into consideration if you are sensitive to noise. Generally it is quiet but you may hear footsteps or voices from time to time. The sun porch is unheated in the winter. Some gas smell when using the fireplace is normal and safe.
