The Old Plat Homestead AT CAPTAIN MONTAGUE'S is approximately 2,700 sq ft with an outdoor heated pool (only shared with other half of the house), multiple indoor/outdoor gathering spaces, 2 King Suites and 2 full beds with private bathrooms, a 4th bedroom/common area with a full bathroom, large kitchen and gathering spaces. The space The Luxurious Renovated Retreat at Captain Montagues allows our guest to enjoy every updated and customized convenience and comfort while enjoying the inground heated pool. The Retreat has multiple gathering spaces throughout for entertaining friends and family. Sleeping Accommodations Bedroom 1: King Bed with full bathroom Bedroom 2: King Bed with full bathroom Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds with full bathroom Living Room (with door): Queen Pull-out with full bathroom All bedding and towels are provided. Guest access Check-in is completely remote, and you will receive a key code to enter and all the check-in information on the day of your arrival. Guests have access to the entire half of the home with private backyard and pool (only shared with guest in other half of the home). Driveway provides enough parking for multiple cars and/or boats. Please only use the parking area on the same side of the house as you entrance. Please be courtesy of neighbors by staying out of other's yards and keep the noise down especially between 10pm - 7am. Centrally located between Cleveland and Toledo. Less than 10-minutes to all Cedar Point, Sports Force, ferries to Put-in-Bay & KI, Cedar Point Sports Center, Fabens and your choice of three golf courses. Other things to note We don't stop at your accommodations!
