(Please be prepared to show government issued picture ID upon arrival) NO SMOKING, no drugs, NO MARIJUANA, no parties, no events and no loud music. ***NOT suitable for children under the age of 12! (NO Infants or Toddlers) -TRAVEL INSURANCE is STRONGLY suggested because of our strict booking policy! We will uphold our cancellation policy no matter what. It is VERY reasonable and is a very small price to pay in exchange for having to cancel because of an emergency and not getting a refund. (We do not financially benefit from a T.I. purchase on bookings, it is a booking platform product. It's all for your benefit and best interest). -Management must collect phone number and email prior to check-in; and must sign RENTER AGREEMENT. ***(Please note...there is NO SECURITY DEPOSIT or HOLD unless you are booking directly through me. If you are booking your stay any other platform such as Airbnb or VRBO, please disregard any security deposit concerns.)*** -Absolutely no unauthorized guests may stay over night! -Please wash dishes used and use dish rack and/or put away dishes. We will strip bed linens to be laundered. Please place all used towels, wash clothes and hand towels outside of bathroom door on the floor prior to check-out. -This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please DO NOT smoke near or inside the actual apartment. If you smoke, please go outside of the building! If you violate this rule, I WILL smell it and charge you our smoking violation fee! ***Please do not use any part of the building, rails, doors or balcony floor to put out butts. Any evidence of such will be documented and result in additional fees. ***If we see that there are any additional unauthorized guests staying in the unit, you may be asked to leave the unit, with no refund and/or charged additional fees. ***PLEASE do NOT park in marked spots in the lot! You MAY BE TOWED!!! Please park in spots that are not marked with tenant unit numbers. You may use parking spots that are unmarked on the side of the building near dumpster, or you may park on the street. We will not be responsible for any charges, tows or fees regarding your vehicle. (We do this to cut down on complaints overall...feel free to use spaces closes to the door to load/unload luggage. Just DO NOT park there overnight!) ***Absolutely NO PETS! If you have a service animal, there will be an additional cleaning fee added! We are trying to maintain an allergy free/friendly environment for our guests, and would greatly appreciate if you follow our strict, no pet/no smoking policy. ***A SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD of $300.00 is held for damages. Your card will not be charged the HOLD amount. the security deposit hold is held to insure compensation for any damages caused by guests during their stay. This hold is applicable to guests who book on platforms outside of Airbnb.
