The PROPERTY is = 250 meters from the only Beach at North Shore, = 950 meters from North Shore Train Station, = 15 Minutes (1.5 Km ) walk from Geelong Port of Spirit of Tasmania. It has 4 bedrooms up to 12 sleeping, 2 full Bathrooms. =There is an in-ground SWIMMING POOL (Not Heated), = BBQ facility (upon request and guests may have to fill gas bottle), = 4 cars can park in the driveway. Ample parking Off-street. Master and Poolside Bedrooms has Reverse Cycle AC. Other two Seaview bedrooms have High Velocity fans and panel heaters and main lounge & meals have gas heating and a Reverse Cycle Split AC. Linens are provided. Guest access Entire place except for pool filtration corner, Locked up Shed next to pool and rear half of garage. Guests can smoke outside and throw cigarette butts in the Yellow bawls kept at front and back entrance. Finding Cigarette butts elsewhere may incur a penalty. Other things to note Children must be supervised all the time while they are using the Pool. Pool gate must be kept close by the key provided if not using, though it is self-closing with a triple lock. Children must not play with Window curtains for their safety. Curtain chains are to be restrained high up beyond reaching of young kids to avoid strangulation hazard. Extra light globes, First Aid kits and other bits and pieces are stored in the Pale Green Showcases located in the meals area. Guests are welcome to contact me in any need. Extra Cleaning fees: Guests checking out on Public Holidays and 31st December and Monday before Melbourne Cup Day will be charged double the cleaning fees.
