The entire below-ground floor, excluding the home utility systems installed in the laundry room, is available for your use. A digital thermostat conveniently operates the central climate system, and a state-of-the-art induction cooktop heats to exacting precision. The bedroom offers innovative lighting, wake alarms and charging stations for all of your electronic devices, and the long flowing shades enhance privacy and comfort for the most peaceful slumber. An elegant luggage bench is provided in the bedroom for convenient access to your cargo, and extra floor-to-ceiling shelf storage is also available in the walk-in closet. Last but not least, the unit offers laundry machines and detergents for both washing and drying laundry throughout your stay! We know you'll enjoy these wonderful features to truly bring a home-away-from-home experience you'll never forget. The side door shall be opened unto you and the evening patio light will facilitate your arrival prior to midnight. All guests arriving after this time should provide advanced notice to accommodate your entry. Parking is always available and is conveniently located on the city street directly in front and to the side of the home for one standard US passenger car, truck or SUV. At your convenience, simply enter the side door with your mobile device's August app and/or wireless Bluetooth connection, or utilize the code provided in your email or via our 24/7 concierge service. Once inside, feel free to enjoy the provided kitchenware, cutlery and entertainment offerings, along with a well-crafted sleeper sofa, quickly deploying and retracting with ease. For any assistance with your stay, feel free to message the concierge at any time. Of course, you and your companions will have access to the main guest bedroom, bathroom, lounge and the opulent eat-in kitchen. Please avoid other areas of the property that are still under construction, such as the yard and the garage. Please do not hesitate to make us aware of any other special circumstances you may have. If our requirements are too limiting, please let us know of your concerns and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please attempt to minimize noise during the night and please drive no faster than 25 mph on neighborhood streets due to the prevalence of runners, walkers and playing children. The neighborhood streets offer a fabulous opportunity for cycling, jogging or walking. Again, for travel via car, please ensure you maintain a speed of 25 mph or less to accommodate pedestrians and other vehicles. Use the main roads of Snyder, Randall and Pershing Avenues for quick access to downtown Cheyenne, Interstates 25/80 and beyond. The landscapes surrounding our beautiful city are nothing short of breathtaking and the endless treasures of Rocky Mountain adventure render experiences both unforgettable and euphoric. This is a lower-level unit in an up-down duplex home. Maximum occupancy at any time is four (4) individuals to include children (who are not overnight guests). Please comply with the following House Rules of particular importance: 1. No smoking or vaping of any substance, at any time, at any location on the property, regardless of possession of a doctor's prescription 2. No disruptive parties or get-togethers 3. Maximum occupancy at any time is four individuals 4. No children between ages 1 and 12 5. Dogs weighing LESS than 30 lbs. are the only pets, other than service animals, permitted on the property without special review. Dogs weighing LESS than 30lbs. require a non-refundable $50 cleaning fee per pet. Dogs weighing MORE than 30lbs. will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Dogs weighing MORE than 30lbs. require a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee per pet. Service animals have no weight restriction and no additional charge; however, we will require answers to two questions: a) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? b) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? 6. Please arrive with the exact party size and composition as stated in the reservation request. No additional overnight guests are authorized unless a special request is made to and approved by the homeowner. Again, maximum occupancy at any time is four (4) individuals.
