Cycleway is along Parawai Road all the way to Rotorua (6kms) or Ngongotaha (2kms) The space Ideal base for a family of 5, set up with 2 lounges and TVs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Large Garage set up with pool table and table tennis table. Easy 6km drive into Rotorua and handy to loads of tourist must do's. Far enough out of Rotorua to not get the sulphur smell. Guest access Complete house and garaging Other things to note There is no Lake access down the right of way, but a short stroll down the road you will come to Beaumonts Road, turn right and there is a jetty, lake front reserve and boatramp.
