We provide four counter height barstools plus a large table with two comfy large swivel chairs out on the balcony, which is where you will be spending most of your condo time if you're like us! Guest access WELCOME LETTER: We will email your Welcome Letter with our rental agreement, codes, Calypso rules and regulations, and everything you'll need to know for a wonderful stay. CHECK IN: You can park right outside the entrance of Calypso Tower III for up to 15 minutes to load/unload. We're on the 10th floor, just off the North elevator closest to the walkover. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: ORDER ONLINE ($60 per stay) and PRINT YOUR PARKING PASS. This parking pass is required to enter the secured parking garage. After scanning your printed pass to enter, your must place the pass on the dashboard of your vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles parked on Calypso premises are subject to towing at owner's expense. If you need a second parking pass, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for you to purchase an additional $50 parking pass. KEYLESS ENTRY: You will be given a secure passcode to enter Mermaid's Mansion. You will also be given instructions on how to change this passcode to an easy-to-remember code of your own choosing. Vacations should be E-Z, and we do our best to provide a relaxing, stress-free beach getaway. If anything is not satisfactory when you arrive, please call or text, and let us know. WRISTBANDS: Four Calypso wristbands are provided for your stay, and must be worn while at the pool or common areas of Calypso Tower III. The wristbands are hanging on the Octopus Rack on the right as you enter the condo. To avoid a $50 replacement charge, please leave these wristbands on the rack when you check out. FREE BEACH SETUPS: Go directly to the beach access in the center of Towers 1 &2. Walk directly across the street or use the 3rd floor walkways, and take an elevator to the beach level. Check in with the Beach Service Vendor and choose the location of your beach chair/umbrella setups for your stay. We have pre-paid for you! This service is provided from mid-March thru the month of October, depending on weather. You deserve this luxury! Construction to begin before Thanksgiving and take 8-10 weeks to complete. NOTE: We actually prefer the no-step convenient Beach Access 53 - across Front Beach Road from the pool access point, with a convenient shower/wash station and restrooms! ********** -FREE BEACHCHAIR/UMBRELLA SETUPS ($50 per day value) INCLUDED IN RATES! -SECURE COVERED GARAGE PARKING. There is a $60 FEE paid directly by our guests to the Calypso Condo Association through an onlne link that we provide. -BEFORE YOU ARRIVE you should PURCHASE AND PRINT YOUR PARKING PASS to avoid delays at the security gate. No vaping or e-cigarettes permitted, not even on the balcony, or on Calypso Resort Tower III property. If you or one of your guests like to enjoy a cigarette, etc, we respectfully ask that you book elsewhere. We want all our guests to be happy! -SINGLES MUST BE 25 TO RENT Calypso Resort does not allow rentals to under age 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must be present during the entire stay. -NO PETS Our grandson is highly allergic. We ask that you please be considerate of our family needs and find another condo if you need for a service animal. Thank you kindly. SERVICE PET POLICY: We fully support our guests who legitimately need assistance animals. Please be aware that fraudulent misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal IS a federal crime under the ADA, as well as under various state and municipal statutes throughout the US, punishable by civil penalties, including fines and jail time. In accordance with the ADA, and FHA regulations, we have the following Rules for our guests with Assistance Animals. This insures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask! •Your Assistance Animal should not be left unattended at any time. •Your Assistance Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost. •Please provide an advance copy of your Assistance Animal's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). And all vaccines to date. Current rabies vaccines are required. •Your Assistance Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times. •Your Assistance Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking. •We can ask you to remove your Assistance Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation. •Puppies and Service Dogs in-training are not recognized under the ADA. We regret we are unable to accommodate those. •Your service animal must use the bathroom outside. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed. •Please clean up defections in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide them, please come prepared. •You are responsible at all times for your Assistance Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Assistance Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs or replacements as a result. Please vacuum or sweep all animal hair prior to departure. WRISTBANDS for the property will be in your condo upon arrival and are required for use of the pool and amenities in Tower III. Amenities in Calypso Tower I & II are off-limits to our guests, however, the overpass crosswalk, tiki bar and beachside seating areas between Towers I & II ( located on the beach) are open to all guests! Ensure that there are 4 bands hanging on the rack when you arrive, and that there are 4 bands left when you check out. $50 charge per missing band. SPRING BREAKERS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PARENTS. We love our families who return every year for their children's Spring Break! That's how we started coming to Panama City Beach in the first place, and we continue our tradition to this day with our grandchildren! Having said that... You must be at least 25 years of age to book our condo. Adults cannot book on behalf of underage guests. Parents and legal guardians must reside in the condo during the entire stay. The names and ages of ALL guests (including children) must be listed on our rental agreement at the time the reservation is made, and changes are subject to the owner's advanced written approval. You must provide a completed rental agreement and copy of your driver's license. HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED! Mermaid's Dream is not a party house. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed, and will be cause for eviction without refund. CALYPSO TOWER III = THE PLACE TO BE IN PCB!
