Welcome to El Monte and Thank You for choosing our cozy and beautiful home. You will have access to the entire private house. This home is located in the friendly quite and convenient neighborhood of North El Monte. It is close to multiple main freeways. Just 25 miles to Universal Studio, 28 miles to Disneyland, 18 miles to downtown LA, and 30 miles to LAX. There are numerous of restaurants and groceries nearby. The space This home is a newly renovated single house with 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen sized beds , sofa bed and 1 bathroom with new furnitures, central air, and fully equipped kitchen, but we do not provide dishwasher. This home contains 2 parking spaces and plenty of street parking. Street sweeping is on Tuesday. There are two units on the lot. You will be staying in the front unit. Guest access You will have access to the entire front unit Other things to note - Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. - Back unit is out of service and not accessible. Guests are allowed anywhere else on the property - Please no partying in the house - No loud noise after 10pm - Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes/ Marijuana anywhere in our house or near the property. - Water heater- Uses Solar Power. Can take up to 2 minutes to heat up. Please be patient. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7
