Easily accessible to Green Lake, Phinney Ridge boutiques on Greenwood Ave and Woodland Park Zoo. Downtown Seattle and all the best tourist locations are only 20 minutes away making this spot an ideal home base. If you prefer public transportation, it's a short walk to the major bus routes to head south to downtown or north to Everett. Parking: Guests must park on the street. Steps- Guests must climb one step from sidewalk to walkway then three steps from walkway up to the front porch and door. In the rear of the bungalow there are 5 steps down to the backyard. The backyard has a patio with gas grill and hot tub for guests to enjoy. Note that the backyard is a shared space with the host. When guests are using the hot tub, they will have their privacy.
