Other things to Note: Our place is on one of the hills in Alta Vista affording beautiful views of the surrounding neighbourhood. There is not an elevator at this property so guests need to be ready for 3 flights of stairs to use to get to the suite. As this is a local neighborhood a guest can be ready for all the local thrills of living like a local, including roosters in the mornings and dogs barking from time to time. It is not excessive however and most of our guests are not bothered. **Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
