The main floor has two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and one with a single XL bed, both featuring new, comfortable quality mattresses. If additional sleeping space is needed, there is a sofa sleeper with a queen size upgraded memory foam "Miracle Mattress" located in the sun room. There is central air throughout the house, but fans are also provided in every bedroom if you want to open the windows and take advantage of the cool, clean Northern Michigan air. The main level features an open floor plan with a large, well stocked kitchen and island, connecting to the living area and formal dining room. Two bathrooms are located on the main level - the primary bathroom has a shower/tub combo and large vanity, and the other is a half bath located near the fully equipped laundry room. Outdoor spaces include a waterfall feature, bonfire pit with plenty of complimentary wood, hiking and dog walking trails through the woods, and a peaceful meandering creek to picnic by. Owners live onsite in a lower level apartment that is entirely separated and private from the other two floors. There are no shared spaces. The attached garage and the detached garages, pole barn and horse barn are for owners use only. There are horses and dogs on the premises. This home is newly listed, and 2023 will be our first rental season, catering specifically to the competitors of the Traverse City Horse Shows.
