Our 2nd floor, 2 BD, 1 BA condo is supplied with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the living room offers 2 pull-out couches. Outside, our furnished balcony offers seating and a dining table to enjoy. Located by Moors Marina, you have access to everything you need to enjoy #LakeLife to the fullest! At Bright Side Condo we ask you to kick off your shoes, stroll to the water and breathe it all in. With our house just steps away from our bay on Kentucky Lake, we invite you to enjoy the convenience of our private dock. Bring your own boat and park at our dock or rent a slip at the Marina (just a short walk away) and sail it to our dock for easy cooler and passenger loading. You can sail, fish, swim, tube and float til your heart’s content or light a campfire on our dockside grounds under the stars. We make sure there is wood always handy and roasting poles ready for those evening s’more cravings. Just a short walk from Moors Marina, you are close to all the boating, fishing and swimming amenities offered by the Marina store as well as pizza, ice cream and beer for your cooler. Ralph’s restaurant is located just before the marina for a fuss free dinner or drinks on their large patio. With over 1200 sq feet, our second floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is supplied with everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen and laundry where you will find complementary detergent for those swimsuit washes! Each bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Extra bedrolls, a Pack N Play and high chair seat are stored in the closets for any little ones you bring along. Extra blankets and throws are also there and ready to wrap up in. Outside you will find our furnished balcony with a table and seating to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or evening beverages with friends. With cheerful decor and comfortable furnishings surrounding you, you can relax and chill. Fun nods to Lake Life can be found throughout the house such as ducks tucked on shelves, vintage fishing lures displayed as art and even lake-found shells filling vases. Dock Info - Your rental includes the use of one uncovered spot on our dock. You will see our slip marked with our condo number. Electricity is available at every docking point. ALSO, at summer pool water level (359'), there is about 6 ft of water at the end of the dock and 4 ft at the front. If the lake is low, we cannot guarantee the water depth at our dock. Other Info- free WiFi, parking for 2 vehicles and 1 trailer (if you need more parking, just let us know and we will try to accomodate). 1 uncovered space in our dock is included. You are welcome to reach out anytime. I will do my best to help with any issues. Family friendly lake community near Moors Marina. Moors Marina is located a short 5-10 min stroll down our lane . There you will find a playground, sand beach, volleyball, putt-putt and Ralph’s restaurant and gift shop nearby. We highly suggest getting ice cream at the Marina - the Blueberry Cheesecake is our fav! Our parking lot is shared with 3 other condos and the manor. There is a metal carport close to the manor that is the property line. Do not use the car port. We suggest no more than 2 vehicles. If you have questions, please ask!
