Waterfront house, heat/cooled pool, walk to beach

Welcome to our updated modern Beach house with heat-pump heated pool in colder months and pool cooling pump to keep the pool refreshing in the hot summer months. Enjoy walking to the beach restaurants and taking the wagon/chairs to the sugary white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks Beach, all in under 8 minutes. Take out the two Kayaks or the paddleboard directly from the backyard. Please reach out with any questions and we'll do what ever we can to assure you have a wonderful stay. The space We provide beach/pool towels, 6 beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, beach shelter… and a heavy duty pull wagon to help you transport everything to the beach. We put all new comfortable mattresses in each bedroom. Some of our outdoor games include a pool golf game, bocci, giant connect four and more. We also have a paddleboad and two kayaks that can be used to access the intracoastal from our backyard. Our pool heat pump has cooling settings to keep the pool refreshing in the really hot months and we will warm it up to your liking in the colder months. The pool cooling is unique and much needed in the summer months as the pools in the area reach hot tub temperatures above 95 degrees in June thru August. We can cool ours to comfortable refreshing temperatures in the 80's. The fire-table is nice to warmup at after a swim and also for watching outdoor movies or enjoying a glass of wine or a cocktail. The Outdoor TV swivels 90 degrees for viewing movies/sports while in the pool. Guest access Guess will have access to the entire house and property, except for our garage and a few of our storage closets. Other things to note Please note, we have an open pool and open sea-wall. Children whom can't swim will require supervision anywhere in the backyard area.
