Broadway is just a 15 minute Uber away. If staying in is more your speed, fire up the grill and chill. When I'm not on the road, this is my home - I'm thrilled to be sharing it with you! The space If you are intrigued by intentional, small-space living, look no further! Two pod-style bedrooms. Each has two luggage racks, as well as (minimal) closet storage. The bathroom shower has great pressure and plenty of hot water. An open, sunny kitchen makes meal prep easy - though with so many great restaurants down the street, you might choose not to use it. Reclaimed shelving from the home's original studs add to the rustic feeling of the space. The light-filled living room features a sprawling built-in sectional and a desk, just in case your trip involves a bit of work as well as play. Out back, a petite terrace is perfect for morning coffee. Down the steps you'll find a lounge area for 6+ as well as a dining table and grill. The front porch is also a wonderful spot to wave to passers-by. Designed for humans (but with the planet and my pets in mind), I rebuilt this home with the intention of preserving nature as much as possible, inside and out. I've used organic materials throughout (down to the sheep wool insulation in the walls). I pride myself on the rejuvenating feel of the space - most people notice the moment they walk through the door! Guest access Parking is available in the driveway and on the street directly in front of the home. Other things to note For indoor air quality and as an additional benefit to the environment, my home does not utilize central heat/air. Instead, each bedroom is equipped with saddle air conditioners and panel convection heat. My place is ~700 SQ ft. Beds are on the firm side.
