The space This bright studio apartment, located in a brand new building just 10 minutes from the city center, is modern and well-furnished, perfect for a couple or friends who want to visit the city of Locarno and its surroundings. In the living room, there is a TV area with a sofa and a flat screen TV to watch a movie at the end of the day or relax reading a book. Behind the sofa, there is the comfortable foldaway double bed, hidden during the day and perfect for the night! (The bed is a drop-down bed and the pillows with the duvet are located in the wardrobe/closet.) The corner kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to cook like at home; next to it, there is a dining table for 4. You can enjoy the open air and the mild Ticino climate on the small balcony accessible from the living room. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
