The Sutton Getaway 2 Bedroom home w/ pool

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Less than 6 miles from Downtown Wilmington, approx 5 miles to Wrightsville Beach, and 9 miles to my favorite place, Carolina Beach. There’s Wade park that’s walking distance, and Halyburton park is just 1.6 miles away. Another great attraction is The Point 14 w/ dining and a movie just 2 miles up the rd. There’s groceries, pharmacy, and ABC store less than a mile. The space With an open floor plan and large backyard, everyone should have their own space if needed. The kitchen overlooks the family room which opens up into the sunroom. This space is for reserved guests only. The private backyard is a great escape which will leave you not having to go anywhere if that’s your desire. There’s a pool (please no dogs in pool), swing set and lots of playing area. There is a large doggie door allowing access for your fur baby, and mine. Lyla the indoor/outdoor kitty comes and goes. She mainly stays to herself in the sunroom, but does like to say hello occasionally. This space is for exclusive only for the guests who are reserving the space and not open to other guests please. Guest access There are 2 rooms with locks that will not be accessible. There is also a shed in the back yard and it too will be locked. Please avoid these areas. Some spaces that are intentionally blocked off are pretty obvious and in no way should affect your stay. This space is private, and only available to the guests who have reserved the space. Other things to note This is my home, I live here the majority of the time, though we will not be here during your stay, and I am so happy to share it with you. I want you to enjoy your stay and hope you leave it in the condition that you find it. As I would love to be able to host you the next time you’re in town. Also, we do have a full time resident named Lyla. She is an indoor/outdoor car that comes and goes through the doggie door. She typically hangs out in our sunroom that is able to be closed off from the rest of the house, but she does need access to the doggie door. Please note, this space is only available to the Airbnb guests that are listed on the reservation.
