Nice relaxing place to stay on Clearwater lake. 3000 acres of water. Beautiful sunsets, Sandy beach, Play ground, Pool, Big fishing dock. 1 hr from the cities. All condos are individually owned with some people renting. Boat slip Available for a fishing boat with Lift and canopy for a one time fee $100. The space 1 hr from the twin cities. 7 mi to town. Super club/bar and bait shop on lake. Guest access Parking on bottom lot. 30 min parking next to condo for unloading and loading Other things to note Most of the time I am only 1/2 mile away.
