Heated oak and slate floors create a warm, welcoming atmosphere whilst earthy tones, wooden furniture, and Anta plaids and tweeds complement the stunning views down the valley. The space All bedrooms have ample clothes storage, mirrors, hairdryers and bedside cabinets. WIFI is free and available to all guests. Bedrooms: 1/2 level bedroom: - a Super King size four-poster bed, an ensuite and patio doors that lead out to a patio area with seating for 2. 1st floor bedrooms: - a King size bed, an ensuite, and a walk in wardrobe. - a twin bed which can be converted into a Super King size on request - two single bedrooms Bathrooms: The four modern bathrooms have glass enclosed power showers and stainless steel wall hung towel radiators. The main bathroom also has a large bath. Living Spaces: Utility Room: A fully fitted utility room with tumble dryer, washing machine and hanging clothes pulley. Outdoor clothing can be hung in the spacious hall. Kitchen/ Living area: The open-plan kitchen and living space is bright, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Enjoy meals around the beautiful oak dining table while taking in the view through the large arched window. The kitchen features an electric range cooker, a large fridge freezer with ice machine, and granite worktops. In the living area, you’ll find two tweed sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove - perfect for cosy nights in. Board games, books, TVs, and musical instruments are also provided for your enjoyment. Second Living Room: There is a spacious larger second living room/music room (with a piano, guitar, flat screen TV and a corner leather sofa) which is an ideal space for relaxing or spending quality time with friends and family. Garden: In the garden you will find an outside picnic area and a hot tub, both of which allow you to appreciate and enjoy the peace and beauty of the Caddon valley. A BBQ is available on request at the time of booking. It gives all the information/ telephone numbers and directions to the many tourist attractions/ activities/ restaurants and services that are close by. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire holiday house. Dignity is a complete spacious house with everything you may need. It has it's own garden, hot tub, coal fired barbecue, drive, car park space and view up the valley. Dignity is surrounded by farmland.
