The loft area can get much hotter, turn on ceiling fans to better circulate the A/C throughout the home. 5. We do routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs 6. We do routine lawn care and it may occur on your stay 7. We provide a pack n play and booster chair but you need to bring your own sheets. 8. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside 9. We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your Maps program or app. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. To do this, it's easy: 1. Open the Maps app and log in. 2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out, so the map contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom out because it'll get everything in between. 3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., and select "Download Offline Map > Download." NEVER left unattended inside or outside the home. Pooping/peeing outside of the home, please pick up any poop. ANY dogs brought without permission or that breaks any of these rules will result in a fee and dog/guests may be asked to leave the premises without refund Wildlife Acknowledgment and Bear Safety Guest understands and acknowledges that the Property is located in a natural setting where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Guest agrees to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines provided, including properly securing food, trash, and personal belongings. Guest assumes all risk associated with wildlife encounters and agrees that the Owner/Host shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from wildlife, including but not limited to bears, on or around the Property.
