The air conditioners keep the condo cool and comfortable. There is plenty of free parking for your car, golf cart, or whatever mode of transportation you happened to be using. Situated directly on the beach and surrounded by the estuary and mangrove, you can wake up to howler monkeys making their morning rounds, and walk to one of 6 beach restaurants serving local Costa Rican and international foods. A convenient local fruit market (1-minute walk) and groceries (10 minutes) are within walking distance. At this point in time, we have rentals available in the beach communities of Flamingo, Potrero, and Hermosa all in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
