For those not going to the game there's plenty of space to cheer on your team on the 60" smart TV. Inside the Estate: Caldeira blends traditional elegance with relaxed luxury. The great room welcomes guests with sunlight, plush leather sofas, a stone fireplace, and a 60" Amazon Fire TV with streaming services. The spacious kitchen features honey-hued wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stove, double oven, and breakfast bar that opens seamlessly into the dining area overlooking the vineyard. It’s ideal for shared meals, chef-prepared dinners, or celebrations that flow easily from indoors to the terrace. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the house and grounds during their stay. We hope that guests make use of our lush green lawn, patio, terrace and hot tub area. Please enjoy the view of the vineyards, but we would appreciate if you do not enter as our grapes are delicate and there are roots and irrigation in the rows between. There is space for up to 15 cars on site, and we ask that guests park in the designated parking area in front of the garage, or on the left hand side of the lane leading out to Concannon Blvd. For guests hosting pre-approved gatherings at the house, please discuss parking with the Host. Please do not block access to the house via the main entrance on Caldeira Drive.
