The space Our home accommodates up to 21 guests, with 6 formal bedrooms and 3 flex spaces. We offer two bedrooms with king beds, three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over a full). Most of our bedrooms have full en suite bathrooms, and our primary suite boasts a relaxing jetted jacuzzi tub. We have special rooms for the bride and/or groom to prepare for their big day, and our property is perfect for taking unforgettable photographs. Our grounds are impressive, with petite sirah vineyards, a spacious lawn, patio and terrace, and a brand new hot tub for your enjoyment. Located in the heart of wine country, yet only one hour from San Francisco. Our common areas are great for catching up with loved ones, hosting a gathering, or breaking out into work groups in a professional retreat. We are equipped with several Fire TVs throughout the house, set up for watching the big game, or relaxing after a day of wine tasting in the sun. Our upstairs den has a pool table and games for guests of all ages. In order to reserve these bedrooms, guests will need to request the space and pay a fee of $200 per night plus $110 for cleaning, plus tax. We provide a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week, and 15% for reservations longer than two weeks. There is a fee of $50 per person, per night for more than 19 guests. There is a $1000 security hold that will be requested after completing your reservation. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the house and grounds during their stay. We hope that guests make use of our lush green lawn, patio, terrace and hot tub area. Please enjoy the view of the vineyards, but we would appreciate if you do not enter as our grapes are delicate and there are roots and irrigation in the rows between. There is space for up to 15 cars on site, and we ask that guests park in the designated parking area in front of the garage, or on the left hand side of the lane leading out to Concannon Blvd. For guests hosting pre-approved gatherings at the house, please discuss parking with the Host. Please do not block access to the house via the main entrance on Caldeira Drive. Other things to note We perform Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, leaving 24 hours between guests. Our hot tub is serviced between visits. On demand cleaning is available during your stay for a fee, please contact your host to inquire about this service. We are also pleased to provide recommendations for our partner wineries, caterers, drivers, photographers, childcare, and massage therapists in the area.
