There is a massive adjoining lot to enjoy, as well as hundreds of miles of biking, hiking and fishing trails within a few blocks. Full kitchen with all the equipment needed, gas fireplace controlled directly by the Nest and Sonos speakers ready to wirelessly play music. With tons of windows and an open air feeling, we hope you really enjoy the cabin as much as we do. Everything but a storage closet is fair game! If you do decide to use the Tesla charger, we just ask you keep a rough calculation of how many miles you charged. We pay $0.35 per kWh and would like to settle up at the end of the trip. We are available nearly anytime in the day by AirBnB message or phone call/text. Please don't hesitate to reach out! This is a very quiant and tranquil neighborhood. Fortunately, Lake Tahoe can get a lot of snow in the winter. This is amazing for skiing and snowboarding, but it is in your best interest to have a plan in the event of a storm. The county plows all of the roads, including neighborhood roads when it snows, but they only come around a few times a day. We also pay to have our driveway cleared after 4" of snow accumulation. Be mindful of the road conditions and plan your vehicle choice accordingly! Please message me or call if you need more plowing done. Also, there are exterior security cameras in the front and rear of the home for everyone's safety and to let me know if the snow build up is too high on the driveway so I can make a call to get it fixed. We have a strict 4 guest per stay visit. In the event that rule is ignored, we may charge up to $150/night per additional guest. Please let us know in advance if your plans have changed. There is a Weber grill on the deck. Cameron and I are not always able to go up and refill the propane tank. If you open the door, you will see the tank hanging on a propane scale which indicates how full it is. If it is in fact empty, and you're so inclined, you can remove it and get it filled in Tahoe City at Swigard's hardware. We would be happy to pay you the cost of refilling. We make our best efforts to fill it every time we come around! We are a strict no smoking and pets household. Any violations of either will be charged $200/day.
